Terms of Service

Securing our services and products in any way(online or live interaction with a staff member) will serve in proxy for a signed contract, serving as acceptance of the following terms of service in the event service has been provided to you last minute without having time to follow proper procedure: Client(s): Will inspect the rented vehicle upon its arrival, inform driver of any pre-existing damage to the vehicle and/or its components, client agrees that damage of any kind-caused by him or herself, and/or his or her guests’ and invitees, present upon the rental follow up inspection (performed by the driver and client immediately after use of the vehicle) will result in new charges being billed to the client’s account for the repair of the item/items damaged; Approve E G Specialized Limo/Boost National LLC (hereafter, BN ) to bill the credit-card or bank account you select as payment for the deposit/total of services to be rendered ,past due charges,Including but not limited to overtime fees, gratuities, court cost, fines & charges for any legal action, (which includes the collection of: repair costs, traffic fines issued by police, due to any improper conduct of passengers,insurance deductible in conjunction with client induced damaged whether directly or indirectly responsible, example(a client opens a vehicle door without driver assistance resulting in damage to any property), emergency detail clean up-related to smoke, vomit, alcohol spills). NOTE: There will be a $500.00 charge for alcohol spills, smoking, vomit, any bodily fluid found in any form in any vehicle operated by “BN“& its affiliates in any amount or degree of trace recognition) Billing authorization will be kept in force until revoked in writing. Litigation/arbitration of any kind will take place in the city of Martinsburg, State of WV. Overtime begins 15mins. after reserved hrs expire unless negotiated differently prior to reservation. Example the 16th minute after contracted time will be rounded to 1 full hr. One way transport to an airport has a max of 2hrs unless pick up is outside of THE USA.which includes wait time prior to client boarding vehicle & unless approved otherwise. DC & 4State area clients -Time starts at pick the set pickup time for airport transfers within 20miles of zip 25401 or 21740,20003 whichever is closer to the client. Additional Service Terms: A no show, refusal of service, or cancellation after 5 days of confirmation of reservation will not receive a refund. Passengers/Clients are to contact chauffeur prior to making contact with our office on weekends and after 5pm or before 8AM EST USA. Outside of USA follow the instruction given within that country by our representatives. Deposits are 50% of trip estimate. Deposits are Non-Refundable. The balance of trip estimate is due 1week prior to pickup. Trips scheduled for pickup that begin less than 1 wk must have the full balance paid prior to the start of transportation. Sales are final. Airport transportation is considered non-stop shuttling; request for additional pick-ups or stops prior to arrival to the main destination will be billed at $30.00 per stop unless specified otherwise on itinerary sheets, upon expiration of 2hr airport limit” service will convert from airport transportation service to an hourly rate of  ($30hr or fraction of hr. for sedans WHILE Waiting) service, if client/passenger has boarded vehicle A rate of $30hr. for wait time at airport for clients who have yet to board a sedan, $40hr 15pass van, $50hr standard limo, $80hr exotic limo $80hr Suv Limo $100hr Limo Bus,$100hr shuttle bus,$500hr ROLLS ROYCE PHANTOM SEDAN or any Sedan with a retail value of $100k or more. Grace Period is 15mins. over pick up time for hourly service. Rates may increase or decrease for some services depending upon Service Area. “BN” & its contracted drivers, Subs,& affiliates hold no liability for any items lost or left in vehicle (including food, beverages, cell phones, bags etc.) “BN may call to inform clients of items found in vehicles so that a pick up for the item(s) can be scheduled. Items may be mailed to client/passenger at current postal rates(A $10 service fee will be assessed for mailed items to be returned to client\passenger)Clients may contact their driver to determine if he or she discovered item(s) left in the vehicle. Vehicles will be substituted with one of equal seating capacity in the event of any unforeseen emergency preventing original vehicle from operating( a refund of the difference in vehicle rental cost will be refunded if applicable)  Clients will not be liable for any damage caused by employees & contractor of BN, persons who are not guest or invitees, or Acts of GOD. Clients hold E G Specialized Limo\BN, its affiliatesharmless against claims resulting from traffic delays, slip& falls on marble or wood floors in limos, acts of GOD, engine failure, tire blow outs, road hazards, death resulting from reckless behavior of client or his or her guest. Expiration Time of Service Adjustment- In the event of a late arrival-company will adjust an equal amount of time to the previous expiration for hourly service or equal time missed will be kept on file as a credit for service at a later date agreed upon by “BN” & client. Credits for service must be used by the anniversary date of the initial contract or will be forfeited on that date. Please note that once a cancellation credit is scheduled to be used it can not be rescheduled again for extend a reservation credit. Overloading any vehicle may result in passengers being expelled that are over a vehicles seating capacity or weight limit- or there will be a fee of $20.00 hr per passenger over the seating capacity-sorry. “BN“, cannot accept voicemailmessages after 5pm for any changes to a scheduled pick up (offices may be closed after 5pm-contact your agent please) Company imposed refunds will credit no later than 30 days and are initiated in the event there are:(A)no vehicles available for your reservation due to a mechanical or legal issue,(B)we cancel due to winter weather. Note: most vehicles are equipped with tracking devices overtime will be charged once records are reviewed unless your driver has indicated to you the overtime is being waived or discounted. Sale is final for all coupons,certificates and for all discounted trips . (no last minute changes to vehicle type or pick up time can be made via email, text, or voicemail message, without approval from office during normal business hours USA EST 9am-5pm Mon-Fri,Sat-Sun closed-Reserve online only Sat-Sun(Last Minute changes to vehicle type or pick up time will have a fee of $50.00)Charges will appear as Boost National or E G Specialized Limo on your credit card or checking account statement or receipt. Drivers may expel passengers (s) to maintain the safety of the vehicle, to protect him/her self or other passengers or reservation may end at time of perceived threat/incident. Violation of any written or verbal rule may result in termination of rental without refund No refund will be issued if a driver terminates the reservation. “if any part of our Terms of Service Contract is deemed to be unenforceable by any court, the remaining sections of this contract will remain in force”. Bank\Credit Card transactions are secured on this site through 3rd payment gateways.
